Metadata Architecture and Application Team (MAAT) has collected international metadata standards and provided thematic projects with appropriate application of standards as examples on the basis of the attributes of each thematic project. The examples can be treated as the reference when the metadata analysis is in the process. The metadata can be categorized into three groups according to its application.
General: public-indexing orientation. Dublin Core as the representative.
Authority Control: built on the complex interactive relations between who, what, when, where, and how in order to reach different knowledge levels of metadata in terms of analysis and interpretation 。

Chinese Version of Metadata Standards: translated by MAAT.
Application Examples of Thematic Projects: such as the metadata elements and examples of thematic projects and common elements between projects with similar themes.
Related International projects and Organization: related international and domestic projects with various domains or specific application.
