The Anthropology group of the NDAP mainly digitizes Taiwanese Indigenous People's objects and items of minority groups across the south, southwest and northeast areas of China. The data includes photos, archives, artifacts, videos and sound collections, etc. In 2004, the Institute of History and Philology of Academia Sinica , the Institute of Ethnology of Academia Sinica, Aletheia University, the Department of Anthropology of National Museum of Natural Sciences, the Department of Anthropology of National Taiwan University, and the National Museum of History join in this group. Working documents contain the records when MAAT works on analyzing metadata with the staffs of the thematic group. They include worksheets, controlled vocabulary lists, analysis reports, system requirement specifications, guidelines, meeting reports, and mics.
