This group’s main work is to share their experience in Digitizingand managing the specimen, to promote the development and integration as well as practical tests of related Digitization technology, and to draw up related norms and standards, in order that the project may be carried out smoothly.

Its main tasks are as follows:
1. to integrate the metadata and demands related to content analysis;
2. to propose and to recommend the requirement of information technology;
3. to draw up related standards and regulations;
4. to investigate and discuss related issues on digital archives.
