Archives Thematic Group

Contact: Ya-huei Chen

In order to advance the of the project, this group is commissioned to 1) share the experience of document management and digitization; 2) promote the exploration, development, integration, and practical running test of related digitization technology; 3) draw up the related process regulations and standards.

Its major work items are as follows:
1. to integrate its metadata and the demands related to content analysis;
2. to propose and recommend the requirement of information technology;
3. to draw up related standards and regulations;
4. to investigate and discuss related issues on digital archives of documentation;
5. to edit Guidelines of Digital Management of Documents.
